Class Description:
If you have ever wondered what it would be like to make challah, this is the class for you. Discuss the history of challah, learn a favorite challah-backing recipe and make your own challah to take home. Participants also will learn “short cut” methods, recipes for bread makers and other simple methods for bringing this traditional Shabbat practice home.
