Class Description:
Jewish storyteller Sarah Stein will be performing stories that she wrote about her family’s life during the 30’s and 40's in New York City . The show is filled with local color and nostalgia, focusing on aspects of street life, Coney Island , and classic radio shows of the era. She also fills in with colorful characters like her father (the tailor from coast to coast) and her cousin (the terror of the Lower East Side ). At the Hipbone Studio, 1847 E. Burnside.
