Class Description:
Hand in Hand K12: Center for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel is founded on a core belief that the education of Jewish and Arab children in Israel must prepare students for peaceful coexistence. The organization has established four integrated schools in Israel serving Israeli Arab and Jewish children and their families. Each school is comprised equally of Jewish and Arab students and teachers. Students at all grade levels are taught in both Hebrew and Arabic.

Hand in Hand founder Lee Gordon will give a short presentation and screen his documentary featuring the organization. Check out the website: http://www.handinhandk12.org/.
