Speaker Dr. Bruce Goldberg is director of the state's Department of Human Services, a position he's held since November 2005. Prior to that, he was administrator of the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research, was on the faculty of OHSU for over 10 years and has also worked as medical director of CareOregon.
