Class Description:
Contemplative spirituality is alive in the Jewish tradition! Come discover the history, practices and applications of this rich lineage. In this class we’ll experience the power of Meditation to enrich our daily lives, our prayers and our inner state. We’ll learn how present moment awareness finds its roots in Torah and branches into practices that can nurture and compliment our daily lives. Class will begin on Sunday, Oct 18th and run for four weeks from 5-6pm. Class fee is $100 for non-members. Minimum enrollment is six participants.
