Class Description:
Participants will learn the authentic methods of Lurianic meditation created in the sixteenth century by Rabbi Isaac Luria. This mediation form features the isolation of specific sounds and colors for each of the ten primary energy centers of the body. Each class will include 45 minutes of lecture and 45 minutes of group practice.
