Class Description:
Join Jenn Louis, chef and co-owner with her husband David Welch of Lincoln Restaurant and Culinary Artistry, as she discusses building community through the use of local and sustainable food products. Jenn will be sharing her philosophy of cooking with us, which reflects Jewish ethical teachings. She will also treat us to a cooking demonstration and recipes. Space is limited.
